Madam Nurhayati
holds a Bsc. Maths and she was NIE trained. She has a total of 15 years of
teaching experience.
My Teaching Philosophy
"As an ex-school teacher, engaging
the MINDS and TOUCHING the hearts of my students is very important to me.
I will always try to integrate classroom and social skills managements in
my own teaching practice.
Separating those elements would mean, I am separating the Hearts from Engaging
the Minds which I believe my teaching can never be successful.
To me, every child MATTERS and they are DIFFERENT in their own ways. So, I
don't believe in using the same approach for every student as in one size
fits all.
I would encourage and also be firm at other times, but yet giving enough PERSONAL
ATTENTION to my students for them to SUCCEED in their studies."
